Each button is a separate graphics JPG file. Don't change their names as otherwise the HTML code will not work.

To enter your own text inside the buttons, you need to have a program such as Corel or Photoshop or Paintshop Pro or Fireworks.

Be sure not to keep the "compression level" at 80%. When you save the file, you are prompted to select the quality, or compression of the file. It's either 80% or 8:1, depending on the software you use. If you change the resolution, then the buttons will not match seamlessly into the pages.
